Privacy notice

This page explains what the interest form on this site collects and what we do with it.

What the form collects

First name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional), company name (optional), which opportunity you are interested in, any additional information you choose to write, and the deployment region you select.

If you choose “Investing”, two optional fields appear: whether you consider yourself an accredited investor (self-reported; we do not verify it) and an indicative amount range. Both are stored with your submission only if you answer them.

If you choose “Careers (talent network)”, you are asked for the role family you want to be listed under and, optionally, a link to your LinkedIn profile or résumé. Both are stored with your submission. We will not sell or share your information.

When you submit, we also record the time, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used only to limit abuse of the form; we do not store the IP address itself.

What we do with it

Your submission is stored in a database operated for Robot Mercantile LLC and emailed to the company so we can review it and follow up. If you provided an email address, you receive a short acknowledgement that we received your form.

We use the information to evaluate and respond to your interest. We do not sell it.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Submissions are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database and emails are sent through Postmark. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf only.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions for as long as we are evaluating Robotaxi opportunities, or until you ask us to delete yours. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, email jj@robotmercantile.com.
