Tesla lists Robovan as “arriving soon” on its Robotaxi page and has published no date, pricing, or production timeline. We treat it accordingly: as something we would want for group transport if and when it ships.

- Robovan was unveiled on October 10, 2024 at Tesla's “We, Robot” event in Los Angeles.
- It is autonomous, with no driver's seat, steering wheel, or pedals.
- The default configuration seats up to 20.
- Tesla described other uses, including package delivery.
- Tesla has published no launch date, production timeline, or pricing.
What it means for our network
If and when Robovan ships, we would want it for group transport: moving people between event venues, hotels, and hubs, and shuttling riders to and from the places our network serves. Until Tesla publishes a date, that is an intention, not a plan with a schedule.
Events are a natural place to introduce people to Robotaxi service, with or without a van. If you organize events or venues and want to explore working together, tell us what you have in mind.
